Get the Look: Sleek Hair Behind the Ears

Sleek hair tucked behind the ears is great look that complements all different hair lengths and shapes of gowns. We have seen this look recently on red carpets from the Met Gala to the Cannes Film Festival. Popular Italian Blogger, Chiara Ferragni from The Blonde Salad, even asked our Senior Stylist, Patrick Ferrara, for the same look for the Met Gala this year. Patrick shows us how to get the smooth style that lasts all night.

1. Start with a dab of Julien Farel Defrizz Relaxing Balm on towel-dried hair for a frizz-free and controlled look. 2. Blowdry the hair and put up into large velcro rollers for volume at the root and added shine. It will also give a slight bend to the bottom of the hair. Let it sit for 5 minutes and let it down. 3. Brush hair into a middle part and pin behind the ears to set, finished with L’Oréal Paris Elnett hairspray for hold. If you have fine or normal hair, remove the pins after 15 minutes. If you have thick hair, leave bobby pins in for the ultra sleek look. Polish the look off with Julien Farel Smooth Crème.
