Julien Farel is following his customers to Florida.
The longtime hairdresser, businessman and chairman of the New York City-based luxury beauty company Julien Farel Group opened his second Julien Farel Restore Salon at Via Flagler by The Breakers on Sept. 12.
Like the original location at Loews Regency New York on Park Avenue, the 3,000-square-foot Palm Beach salon at 225 Royal Poinciana Way will offer a variety of services including hairdressing, hair color, hair styling and makeup application.
It takes over the space previously occupied by Lotus Hair Studio, which had been operated for the past 18 years by Reigan Roan-Zapatier. She will stay on at Julien Farel Restore Salon in a leadership role, Farel said.`
