Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a product exchange or replacement on goods. No refunds will be issued, only a product exchange or replacement. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after you place your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at bonjour@julienfarel.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via bonjour@julienfarel.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take a photo of the item and shipping box, inside and out, so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, Julien Farel cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to receive the correct item is to return the original. Once the return is approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.  

Refunds
No refunds will be issued, only exchanges are allowed.
